Applications

The Grundfos MS submersible motors can be fitted on all Grundfos SP A, SP pumps and

can be used in the high-pressure booster modules, type BM and BMB.

Features and benefits

• Liquid temperature: 0-60 °C
• Overtemperature protection via power cable by means of a built-in Tempcon temperature transmitter.
• Standardised NEMA flange and shaft end
• Mechanical shaft seal, ceramic/carbon or SiC/SiC
• Completely encapsulated in stainless steel
• Canned type submersible motor, all surfaces in contact with the liquid are made of stainless steel
• Liquid-cooled and liquid-lubricated bearings.

Options

• Material variants EN 1.4301 and EN 1.4539.
• Motor protection by means of MP204
• Variable speed option.
